Quick and easy to make. Freezes well and a great grab and go snack for all ages.
250g soaked pitted dates
50g protein powder
2 x grated veg (carrot or zucchini)
250g oats
(If using zucchini you may need more oats as they are moist 😉)
Chuck it all in the food processor, blitz and roll into balls.
Pop in the fridge for an hour and bobs your uncle!
I freeze them individually for a great snack on the go. Eating them frozen is a real treat!
