Hi there, I’m Nicole Gallpen.

I am a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer with a Bachelor of Social Welfare (Children & Young People), Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology and Postgraduate Diploma of Positive Behaviour Support.

My goal is to demystify nutrition and help my clients perform their best each day by providing no nonsense and evidence based advice.

Instead of prescribing rigid diets and meal plans, I focus on establishing a solid foundation of nutrition literacy, creating sustainable habits and helping my clients achieve their goals in bite sized increments.

My husband and I love spending time outdoors with our children, so when I’m not working you’ll find me chasing after my two boys with our dogs in tow.
