I’m a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer with a Bachelor of Social Welfare (Children & Young People), Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology & Postgraduate Diploma of Positive Behaviour Support.

Although I am based in Northern NSW, I support clients from anywhere in Australia by phone, email or video consult.

As a nutritionist, I support my clients establish positive habits by simplifying and demystifying nutrition. I meet them where they are and offer evidence based, no nonsense nutrition advice.

When it comes to nutrition, our society tends to focus on the aesthetic benefits of a balanced diet. The truth is, the way we eat influences every aspect of our life including our energy levels, mental performance, mood and resilience.

I believe that habits are formed through consistency and repetition rather than short term meal plan challenges, quick fixes or crash diets.. In life, my core values are Simplicity, Enjoyment, Quality and Balance and I approach nutrition in the same way. This allows my clients to discover how well they can feel without introducing restrictive rules or depriving themselves.. By using this method, we develop solid habits and in turn, create solid foundations.
